The European ClimateCalc calculator was designed to be able to estimate the CO2 emissions generated by a printed form in a Life Cycle approach. The objective of this calculation is to identify the main emission sources in order to define reduction actions that can be implemented by the print buyer and the graphic company. The Institute for Development and Expertise of Plurimedia (IDEP) is the branch parity resource center for professionals in the graphic communication industry. The SIPG is the National Union of Suppliers of Equipment for the Pulp and Paper Industries. SIPG is the only union of the Graphic sector: it brings together the majority of suppliers of equipment and consumables, from prepress to finishing.
