The Espresso Book Machine (EBM) by Fablab Ireneo will be at the C!Print exhibition for all three days. An additional illustration of the organisers’ and event partners’ common desire to establish an exhibition that unifies many related markets, in the interest of a comprehensive approach.
The EBM, an ‘all-in-one’ single-unit printing device that is capable of printing and binding a book with your choice of content in just a few minutes, is not simply a means of production, it is, in and of itself, an indispensable tool for any physical point of sale. It is highly appealing, as we can easily move the machine out of the workshop to show visitors and readers how it works.
This machine accommodates highly customised needs, and according to Julie Chide (a journalist at Industries Créatives), it offers users multiple opportunities: “This machine will enable us to pre-produce a hundred-page book with personalised content, even a custom cover. We will also be able to create dedications for anyone who wishes to have one.”
During the exhibition you’ll be able to find the EBM at a workshop, a round-table discussion on event customisation, and at a case study that will take place at La Plateforme, Service Providers & Communication.
